
5 boneless Chicken Breasts
1 C. Ketchup
6 TB. Brown Sugar
4 TB. Vinegar
4 TB. Worchestershire sauce
4 tsp. Dry Mustard (Reg. is fine)
Place in baking dish
Mix other ing. spoon over chicken
Bake uncovered at 350' for 40 min
Serve with a baked potato and salad.
This is a low fat recipe and it is sooo good!!!

Is it 10 Tbs of brown sugar total? Do you put part on top? I saw 6 Tbs and 4 Tbs so I wasn't sure...this looks good!
Hey, do you have any good homemade roll recipes? I made some last night...they were good but really dense because I don't know how to knead/use yeast...at all...help please.
Holly sorry! I fixed it. This is a yummy recipe! I have doubled the sauce on this post because we love it but, it is not necessary. I will post my roll recipe!! It is yummy and easy!!
